Workshops & Events
We host a variety of engaging workshops designed to give children, families, and educators hands-on support. These events combine expert guidance with interactive learning to make skills development fun, practical, and effective. Each workshop is built to provide lasting strategies that can be applied well beyond the session.
-
Downloadable Resources
We believe knowledge is most powerful when it’s shared. That’s why we provide a growing library of practical resources—from speech sound charts and early language guides to reading toolkits, ADHD strategies, and calming activities—to help families and educators support children with communication and learning.
Current & Upcoming Workshops
Our workshops are designed to bridge the gap between learning and real-life application. Each event combines expert knowledge with interactive activities that make complex skills easier to understand and put into practice. Whether it’s supporting children with literacy, strengthening communication, or empowering parents and educators with new strategies, our workshops provide practical tools that can be used right away.
Phonics Workshops - with Jessica
-
Our small-group phonics workshops are designed to give young learners the tools and confidence to become successful readers. Led by Jessica, these 5-week Saturday sessions (11:30am–12:30pm) use evidence-based strategies to teach phonics in a fun, engaging, and supportive environment. With only four children per group, each child receives focused attention while still benefiting from collaborative learning. Families will also receive a take-home booklet with daily practice activities, guidance, and strategies to reinforce progress at home. By the end of the program, children will have stronger decoding skills, improved reading fluency, and practical techniques they can continue using beyond the sessions.
Leading with Calm and Confidence as a Parent - with Nooreen & Tania
-
An evidence-informed workshop to support emotional well-being for parents while raising children.
Parenting, especially when raising children with additional needs or behaviours, can activate deep emotional patterns.
This workshop is not about how to “fix” your child, It’s about creating space for you: your nervous system, your triggers, your emotional life.
Research shows that a parent’s inner emotional state is one of the most significant factors influencing a child’s wellbeing.
However, few parents are ever supported to tend to their own inner world with the same care they offer their children.
This workshop offers a warm, structured space to reconnect with your emotional self, understand your responses, and strengthen your ability to parent from a place of steadiness and clarity.
“Peace is not the absence of chaos but the ability to cope with the noise.”
This is for you if you:
Feel emotionally depleted or reactive in all parts of your life and want to reconnect with your sense of calm
Want to feel more in control of your own responses, rather than focused on managing your child’s behaviour
Are craving more inner peace and resilience in the day-to-day of parenting
You’ll come away with:
Tools to better understand your emotional triggers and stress patterns
Insights into how your nervous system shapes your responses: and how to shift it gently
Research-backed practices to regulate your emotional state, so you can show up grounded and open with your children but not only!
What you can expect:
A compassionate, non-judgmental space for reflection and support, connection, compassion and a sense of calm
A clearer, more empowered connection to your own emotional wellbeing so that you can show up the way you want to be (more creative, fun…)
A renewed sense of clarity, energy, and confidence in your parenting journey
It’s not selfish to start with yourself.
In fact, it might be the most generous thing you do for your child.
NB: This is not a positive parenting coaching workshop, this is a personal journey coaching workshop giving you, the parent permission to focus on yourself too in order to positively shift your energy into better parenting.
