Nooreen Sidi, MSc, SLT
Founder, Speech and Language Therapist, Dyslexia Assessor, and Specialist Teacher (Literacy & Maths)
Nooreen Sidi, founder of Words In Motion, is a passionate and highly qualified Speech and Language Therapist, Dyslexia assessor, and specialist teacher in literacy and maths. With an MSc and advanced UK training (Level 5 and Level 7 qualifications), she brings deep expertise to her work, and is currently pursuing a PhD in Education to further her impact. Her mission is to empower children with the communication and academic skills they need to thrive in every area of life. Through her practice, she aims to create lasting, meaningful change by equipping children and their caregivers with the skills and knowledge they need to feel seen, heard, and supported.
Jessica Hitchman is a passionate and experienced teacher with over ten years in education, specialising in Literacy, Maths mastery, and inclusive teaching practices. As Head of English, she has led literacy development across schools, while also supporting pupils in building strong foundations in Maths to reach greater depth. Jessica has worked closely with children one-to-one, tailoring support to their individual needs and helping them thrive. She has also completed specialist training in autism and reading for pleasure through the Open University. In January, she will begin studying Occupational Therapy, expanding her mission to support children’s development both academically and holistically.

Specialist Speech and Language Therapist
Eesher is a Specialist Speech and Language Therapist with over 10 years’ experience supporting children to develop their communication skills, confidence, and independence. She has worked in a wide range of settings including schools, early years environments, clinics, and family homes, collaborating closely with teachers, and other professionals to ensure joined-up support. Her experience spans working with children with language disorders, speech sound difficulties, developmental verbal dyspraxia, autism, and ADHD, tailoring therapy to meet each child’s unique profile and needs.
She is passionate about creating meaningful, lasting change by working closely with families to understand each child’s unique strengths and challenges. Eesher takes a neuroaffirming approach, valuing and respecting the individuality of every child, and ensuring therapy builds on their strengths while supporting areas of need in a way that feels safe, motivating, and empowering. She finds it a real privilege to see the children and young people she supports flourish through therapy, gaining not only skills but also a strong sense of self.
