Founder, Speech and Language Therapist, Dyslexia Assessor, and Specialist Teacher (Literacy & Maths)
Nooreen Sidi, founder of Words In Motion, is a passionate and highly qualified Speech and Language Therapist, Dyslexia assessor, and specialist teacher in literacy and maths. With an MSc and advanced UK training (Level 5 and Level 7 qualifications), she brings deep expertise to her work, and is currently pursuing a PhD in Education to further her impact. Her mission is to empower children with the communication and academic skills they need to thrive in every area of life. Through her practice, she aims to create lasting, meaningful change by equipping children and their caregivers with the skills and knowledge they need to feel seen, heard, and supported.
Rose Armstrong-Moore, SLT
Highly Specialist Speech and Language Therapist, Dyslexia Specialist Teacher/Assessor SpLD
Rose Armstrong-Moore is a dedicated dyslexia specialist teacher, assessor, and highly specialist Speech and Language Therapist with Level 5 and Level 7 training. With more than a decade of experience, she brings warmth, enthusiasm, and deep expertise to every session. Rose is committed to creating learning experiences that are motivating, interactive, and multisensory, helping each child feel engaged and capable. Her work is driven by a belief in every young person’s potential—and she aims to build confidence, spark joy in learning, and support families in meaningful, lasting ways.
Charlotte Boulton, SLT
Speech and Language Therapist
Charlotte Boulton is a Speech and Language Therapist from Australia with a Master’s degree in Speech Pathology, now based in London. She has supported children and young people across private practice and educational settings, working with speech sound disorders, language disorders, and social communication differences. Charlotte is committed to setting functional, achievable goals and weaving each child’s interests into therapy to make sessions meaningful and engaging. She values collaborative, research-informed practice that helps children feel understood and supported. Outside of her clinical work, Charlotte enjoys exploring London’s museums and parks, baking, reading, and joining local run clubs.
Carrie-Anne Licchelli, L5
Specialist Teacher
Carrie-Anne is an experienced educator with over two decades working across primary and lower secondary settings. She holds a PGCE and a degree in Education Studies and Criminology, and has led key initiatives throughout her career, including roles as Primary Literacy Lead, KS2 Lead, and KS3 Reading Lead. As a Level 5 Dyslexia Specialist Teacher, qualified life coach, and TEFL teacher, she brings a thoughtful blend of evidence-based practice and calm, encouraging guidance to her work. Carrie-Anne is passionate about early intervention and creating structured, supportive learning experiences that help pupils grow in confidence. Her breadth of experience—from 1:1 support to small-group interventions and whole-school literacy development—allows her to meet learners where they are, empower families, and strengthen inclusive literacy practice across school communities.
Dr. Caroline Farrow, ND
Educator in Wellbeing, Health Coach, & Naturopathic Doctor (Canada)
Caroline is a Naturopathic Doctor (Canada) and wellbeing educator whose work has always centred on helping children and families thrive. She takes a whole-person, holistic approach—looking beyond symptoms to understand the underlying factors that shape health, balance, and resilience. Caroline supports families of neurodivergent children in navigating areas such as focus, energy, digestion, skin, and stress regulation, offering guidance that feels grounded, practical, and attainable. Drawing on principles from functional medicine, nutrition, movement, and natural therapies, she shares strategies that can be woven into everyday routines at home and school. Caroline believes every child deserves to feel healthy, confident, and supported, and she works closely with parents to build knowledge, foster empowerment, and create strong foundations for long-term wellbeing.
Chantal Baille, OT, L5
Practice Consultant – Occupational Therapy
Chantal is an experienced paediatric occupational therapist with over 20 years of experience supporting children and young people aged 3 to 16. She holds a postgraduate qualification in Sensory Integration, is trained in the Cognitive Orientation to daily Occupational Performance (CO-OP) approach, and is also a Level 5 Specialist Teacher for Specific Learning Differences. Chantal has worked across specialist school settings and private practice, and has held clinical leadership roles, bringing a depth of expertise to her work. She has a particular interest in executive functioning and supporting students to develop practical, sustainable learning strategies, while remaining passionate about all areas of occupational therapy. Chantal believes that early, high-quality occupational therapy intervention can have a profound and lasting impact on a child’s development, confidence, and long-term outcomes.
Zoe Kelly, SpLD
Specialist Teacher GCSE and A-Level English
Zoe is an experienced English teacher and SPLD Specialist Teacher with over 16 years of experience supporting students across GCSE and A-Level. She specialises in helping learners develop confidence in reading, writing, and exam skills through structured, evidence-based teaching tailored to each student’s individual learning profile. Zoe has extensive experience supporting students with dyslexia and other specific learning differences, using multi-sensory, explicit teaching approaches to strengthen literacy, comprehension, and written expression. She is particularly skilled in breaking down complex texts, supporting essay structure, and helping students develop clear, analytical thinking. Her teaching is calm, supportive, and strengths-focused, creating an environment where students feel understood, capable, and empowered to succeed.
