Many of the challenges families notice — trouble focusing, low energy, restless sleep, tummy troubles, big emotions — are connected to how a child's body and brain are functioning day to day. The Wellness Hub helps you make sense of those connections with clear, do-able guidance.
Here you'll find three ways to get support:
Learn — an education series on gut health, brain health & more
Test — optional genomic testing for a deeper picture
Meet — 1:1 health reviews & coaching with Dr. Caroline
Education SeriesTopics that make a real difference at home
Each topic is offered as a free intro resource, a deeper live workshop, and an on-demand recording — so you can start wherever feels right.

Provided through Love My Health Pro (DNA Labs), genomic testing explores how genetic variations may influence attention, emotional regulation, sensory processing and nutrient use. Simple, non-invasive, and collected with a saliva sample at home.
Please note: Genomic testing does not diagnose conditions. It offers insights that complement — never replace — professional assessments and evidence-based interventions, and is always explained in a practical, child-centred way.-
No. The Wellness Hub complements your child's existing care team. Caroline works alongside — not instead of — your GP, paediatrician and therapists, and never diagnoses or treats medical conditions.
-
Not at all. Genomic testing is completely optional. Many families simply start with a workshop or a 1:1 review.
-
Our wellbeing guidance is designed for families of children roughly 3–16, the same ages we support across Words In Motion.
-
Workshops and 1:1 reviews are offered online so you can join from home, with recordings available for the live series.
